Set amongst the soft honey-coloured stone of traditional Cotswold farm buildings, the garden at Oxleaze Farm combines formality and informality and sits comfortably within the beautiful surrounding countryside. A ‘manageable microcosm’, the garden has something of everything – well-stocked shrub and perennial borders, hot and shady areas, a vegetable potager, cutting garden, water and bog garden, a beautiful greenhouse and potting shed – and everywhere topiary, to give the garden structure when the flowers fade. Garden ‘rooms’ lead from a central lawn with reflective corners giving a chance to enjoy this typical Cotswold garden.
Oxleaze Farm is 100% organic and with solar energy and biomass systems aims to be as carbon neutral as possible. You can read more about our sustainability promise here
We can offer lunch or refreshments for your group in Oxleaze Barn. With a date stone reading 1702 the Barn has been lovingly brought into the 21st century without losing any of its rustic and characterful charm. The magnificent exterior, vaulted ceiling, exposed stonework and dramatic exposed oak beams remain as evidence of a by-gone era.
