Chipps looks after the lifestyle courses, the bees and the beautiful gardens at Oxleaze. Chipps has an incredible eye for creating an interesting and detailed landscape all year round
Will’s role is varied and vast! He can be found caring for the cows, encouraging new wildlife and looking after our solar and biomass strategies. It is also a constant task for Will to ensure the farm is moving forward and thinking ahead of the societal changes which impact the farm

Katie is the Founder and managing director of Oxleaze Barn. Born and bred at Oxleaze not many people truly understand the variety of goings on here like Katie, no day is the same – one day you’re chasing cows, the next you’re serving champagne.

Faye is responsible for the day to day running of Oxleaze Barn, she looks after the team at Oxleaze and is often at the end of the phone when you call. Outside of Oxleaze Faye is a freelance event and wedding planner so offers her local industry knowledge to our clients. Faye is looking forward to celebrating her own wedding at Oxleaze Barn in 2020!
Kath is the Oxleaze Super Hero also known as the Venue Manager. Kath is your ‘go-to’, here for every wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly and make sure the happy couple are able to focus on each other and their family and friends. Kath’s key piece of advice on your big day is to make sure you get your best man, bridesmaid or family come back and clear up and you guys go on your Honeymoon.
Hannah answers your calls and emails and has an amazingly calm nature to put you at ease. Encouraging creativity and allowing client’s to make their mark, Hannah has seen everything here from bunting and afternoon tea to foraged greenery and five course dinners. Hannah was our very first bride in the barn in 2014
