Owner

Charles is head honcho at Oxleaze and was born in the farmhouse in 1950. He loves early mornings on the farm before the day gets going and the daily buzz begins. Charles and his wife, Chipps, have been trailblazers in the world of organic farming and have passed the daily running of the farm to son, Will

Chipps looks after the lifestyle courses, the bees and the beautiful gardens at Oxleaze. Chipps has an incredible eye for creating an interesting and detailed landscape all year round

Will

Farmer

Will’s role is varied and vast! He can be found caring for the cows, encouraging new wildlife and looking after our solar and biomass strategies. It is also a constant task for Will to ensure the farm is moving forward and thinking ahead of the societal changes which impact the farm

Katie is the Founder and managing director of Oxleaze Barn. Born and bred at Oxleaze not many people truly understand the variety of goings on here like Katie, no day is the same – one day you’re chasing cows, the next you’re serving champagne.
