Having converted to organic in 2007 we introduced a traditional suckler herd of pasture-fed Aberdeen Angus to extensively graze the flower-rich grassland, unimproved pasture and herbal leys that were introduced as part of the Higher Level Stewardship scheme. The cattle flourish on this diverse diet, rich in nutrients and de-wormers as well as other health benefits, thus reducing vet bills and a decline in illness and sickness

100% Certified Pasture-fed livestock form part of a holistic high welfare grazing system which builds soil fertility, pasture quality and biodiversity. Thereby promoting carbon sequestration as well as improving the nutritional value of the meat
